Vadim Jigoulov, native of Kostroma, Russia, has been living in the US since 1993. After getting his PhD in Near Eastern Studies at the University of Michigan, he currently teaches at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. He enjoys spending time with his family and, most of all, gardening.
